A cutting wheel is a wheel made from an abrasive compound used to cut through materials like steel and aluminum. When used with a die grinder, angle grinder or chop saw, the wheel spins at a fast rate. As the cutting disc spins, the sharp abrasive removes stock from the metal work-piece being cut.
